Community Foundation Organizes Brown Bag Luncheon at Library

Are you a local non-profit organization? Are you interested in learning more about the newly formed Rusk County Community Foundation? If so, mark your calendar for June 25th at the library in Ladysmith. The RCCF will hold an informal chat session at noon on that day. “Bring a brown bag lunch and ideas to share,” said Andy Albarado, RCCF board member. “The Foundation will provide lemonade, coffee, and dessert. A panel of RCCF board members will take questions about the role of a community foundation and will brainstorm with local groups to identify the needs in our community.”

The RCCF is currently compiling a list of local non-profit organizations eligible to apply for grants through the Foundation. If you are interested in learning more about the Foundation, or wish to give your input, please plan to attend the June 25 brown bag luncheon. You may RSVP at 532-0772, or email via the RCCF website at www.ruskfoundation.org.
